Refugees, Immigration, & Citizenship Canada (I.R.C.C) has attended the 131st Express Entry draw, resulting Invitations to Apply (I.T.As) to 3,600 applicants for Canada PR.
The draw held on 27 November 2019 noticed a minimum required Comprehensive Ranking System score of 471 points, dropping one point from the prior draw.
Refugees, Immigration, & Citizenship Canada (I.R.C.C) has now issued 78,900 invitations to candidates in the year 2019, upon a high-skilled immigration admission aim of 81,400. Canadian IRCC shattered the record of annual Canadian Express Entry System I.T.As in the year 2018 with 89,800 Invitations.
This draw observed a tie-breaking rule which is executed on 11 November 2019 at 1.29am EST. If higher than one applicant had the same minimum CRS score, only those who provided their Express Entry profiles former to this date & time got invitations to apply.
It was the 24th invitations round below the Federal Express Entry in the year 2019 and 131st overall.
