Category B of the Nova Scotia Demand: Express Entry Stream works on the basis of the timing of receiving applications.
The Nova Scotia province is reopening the Category B of Demand: Express Entry Stream. It will receive 350 applications from 9 A.M. Atlantic Daylight Time on Saturday.
This Stream has a norm to only accept applications where a candidate has a profile in the Federal Express Entry pool. Furthermore, it reaches its intake limit quickly.
All candidates who are Eligible and interested in sending the application to this stream must be well prepared. Moreover, the documentation process needs to be up-to-date and submission ready.
All successful Applicants, who get the Nova Scotia nomination; also get 600 extra Comprehensive Ranking System points. This immensely helps them to receive the Invitation to Apply to seek permanent residence in Canada.
Category B of the NSDEE attracts skilled workers who have the necessary work experience in one of the opportunity occupations. They must at least score 67 points in the unique provincial points system and also meet other criteria. They do not need a job offer and there is no minimum CRS score also. Candidates must also note that the province has adopted a few changes to the list of opportunity occupations. Subsequently, there was a reduction in the number of occupations from 16 to 11.
